The arrival card is still required. Online is preferred from 20 November 2025. It is free.

Official desktop: s.nia.gov.cn. Also the NIA 12367 app, WeChat/Alipay mini program, port QR, or paper/kiosk.

NIA has warned about fake paid sites. Official pages say “before coming.” They do not publish a mandatory 24- or 72-hour window. Do not invent one.

Visa-free and 240-hour travellers who leave airside should complete the card.
